Here at Blackwarren Books, we strive to publish fiction featuring LGBTQIA, BIPOC, marginalized, and othered protagonists in stories where they will save the day, solve the case, defeat the villain, find the treasure, rescue the innocent and leave the world a better place than they found it.

We at Blackwarren believe that one’s orientation, gender identity, race, religion, body size, and many other aspects of one’s identity are to be celebrated as strengths of the character, not just adjustments to a protagonist’s marketability. Too often these characters are edited, “toned down”, or relegated to supporting roles.
