Blackwarren’s Gaming Roundtable Comes to Allora Public Radio Saturday, July 8th at 12 PM!

Blackwarren Books is proud to announce our next roundtable discussion to be recorded live on Saturday, July 8th for our Allora Public Radio podcast! Hot on the heels of our very popular queer horror fiction roundtable, our new podcast focuses on representation in tabletop roleplaying from an intersectional point of view. Our esteemed guests for this Saturday include:

Alison Cybe (they/them): Returning from our horror podcast, Alison is a prolific game contributor, having written for Call of Cthulhu, the Fallout RPG, Starfinder, Vampire the Masquerade, Blue Rose, the most recently published Shield Maidens, and many more. Alison is also a fiction author and avowed Gunpla addict. Read more about Alison here.

Chris Bissette (they/them): Chris is the owner of Loot the Room, an ENnie Nominated blog providing free resources and articles for tabletop RPGs every week. They’re also responsible for creating The Wretched, A Dungeon Game, and adventures for Troika! and MÖRK BORG. Chris is also an accomplished musician. Their most recent release is The Moss Mother’s Maze, a standalone module for A Dungeon Game.

Linda Codega (they/them): A journalist writing for Gizmodo, Dicebreaker, and others, Linda was the first to break the story this spring about Wizards of the Coast breaking the OGL. They’ve also recently written about has also recently written about trans representation in Nintendo, racism in Magic: the Gathering, and Critical Role’s “Candela Obscura” game. Savan Gupta (he/him): CEO of multimedia company Steam-Funk Studios and editor-in-chief of fandom anthropology journal The Unconventional, Savan is a former WotC employee turned business analyst and marketing consultant for conventions and related businesses. His background includes stage performance and improv, project management and LARP production with years of industry experience, championing diverse representation in gaming. Steam-Funk’s magnum opus, The Living Multiverse tabletop RPG setting, is currently in active development.
